Concord Airport Business Park | Real Estate/Marketing Sign Development

Corinthian Properties, the owner of this multi-phased building office campus needed a series of real estate marketing signs to be placed in various areas throughout the campus. Because each of the three phases in the campus highlighted property with distinct characteristics, each sign needed to communicate different information while still utilizing a template system that would achieve continuity from area to area. The team created a final design which was complete with dimensions and material specifications for the client to take to the fabricator for production. (Completed while working on a team at Little- Clay Durkin, Designer)
