Concord Airport Business Park | Monument Sign Development

Corinthian Properties, the owner of this multi-phased building office campus needed a series of design concepts for their monument signage that could be applied at different scales and placed throughout the campus. Of course, the primary purpose was simply as building and tenant identification, but they also needed the monument signs to speak to the architectural language and incorporate the material palette of the buildings themselves so as to maximimize visually continuity. After the team tweaked several concepts that the client liked, a final 3-dimensional graphics package was developed, complete with dimensions and material specifications to take to the fabricator for production.
